This August, the first One-Week Parent-Child Meditation Summer Camp will be held at Thrangu Sekhar International Meditation Centre, Nepal. Surrounded by the Himalayan mountains, families will embark on a journey of meditation together — practising, learning, and growing side by side. In a supportive community setting, parents and children will spend a meaningful and enriching summer holiday, potentially discovering a wiser, closer kind of love.
During the summer camp, each day will include Dharma teachings related to education and the development of children and adolescents, English or Chinese language classes, outdoor activities, and group meditation sessions, creating a balanced program of learning and practice.
